How to motivate people in your team? The power of questions: In order to motivate people who you don´t know very well, you have to ask the right questions. Utilizing Situational leadership implifies the management of your staff. When to be directive, coaching, participative and delegating? Situational leadership is the ability to adapt your leadership style according to the readiness level of the subordinate. The readiness level is their motivation and ability to do a task. Is everyone on your team moving in the same direction? Are the same goals clear? Interacting and communicating with colleagues to create a synergy effect. Role plays in which the participants practice decision making and management behaviors in various types of stressful situations.
